In this brief video we you show the transformation of a 3 bedroom rental into a 4 bedroom, co-living apartment; featuring our most recent project, Pedro Cabanes. Pedro Cabanes features an eye-catching, social media-worthy interior design inspired by the colors found throughout the day in nature: Bedroom 1 features yellow as the main accent color evoking a morning sunrise in the desert. Bedroom 2 uses midnight blue and black accents to give one the feeling of nighttime. Bedroom 3 exudes dusk in the Arizona desert with its pink, rust and brown palette. Bedroom 4 gives you the feeling of standing in a east asian forest, featuring a green palette and light wood tones. The common areas take elements from every room to tie everything together keeping in line with the nature themed aesthetic. The kitchen is equipped with everything a tenant might need to cook and eat their meals including pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses and several appliances including a coffee maker and microwave. Our biggest challenge in this project was transforming a cramped and dated apartment into an modern, welcoming space, sprinkled with eye-catching and insta-worthy features throughout the unit.
